ANGELA and RICK pace the length and width of the garage counting silently to themselves. REALTOR KELLY observes the practice impatiently.
ANGELA
And do you happen to know the square footage of the garage?
KELLY
(consulting her notes)
It should be an even 400.
RICK
Is that enough for two SUVs?
KELLY
Well, I guess that depends on what you're calling an SUV.
ANGELA
We both drive Highlanders.
KELLY
In that case, I think there can be only one.
